Family. It means something different to everyone. In my opinion, what really defines family is the love we share for one another. As a lifestyle photographer, I want to tell your family’s story. Where is your happy place? Let’s shoot there. Are you starting a new chapter? I want to be there to capture it. From puppy love to bringing home a new puppy. From your first pregnancy, to your first days home from the hospital. I want to freeze those memories in time with vibrant colors, warm tones, and candid poses. What’s your story? Hello! I’m Kristen. I can’t wait to find out more about you and capture your story. My story? Its had a lot of different chapters. Each one brought me a little closer to where I am today: Bend, Oregon—nearly back to where I started.
While originally from Washington and a former husky (go dawgs), my most recent chapter was in Milwaukee, WI, where I grew my photography business for six incredible years. Before that I was a Primate Keeper at San Diego Zoo—convincing an orangutan to take their meds will make every other job feel like a breeze :)
My husband, daughter, dogs, and I are so thrilled to be in Central Oregon, where the skyline continues to take our breath away.
The main thing I want you to know about me is that I believe in kindness and professionalism. I aim to make everyone feel comfortable. I’m also flexible and have no hidden agenda (or fees), I simply love capturing beautiful moments for my clients.
While the world can be a heavy place, I am an optimist. I believe in the good in people, because I see signs of it every day. I believe in taking care of Mother Earth and each other.
